"As you know, all of the feedback has been great but at this time we do not have an available client project to place you. I imagine this will change shortly, but understand if you are unable to wait until that time."

Do you think I can expect them to get back to me in a month or two. I am actually dissappointed that they have gone ahead with all 3 rounds of interview and now stating that they do not have a role ☹️

This is for Functional QA (Sr. analyst) position.

I am looking to gain certification or other credentialing in diversity and inclusion, not only because it would look good on my resume both for future job-search purposes and also to become better educated in this area, which is growing in importance.
I looked at SHRM's "Inclusive Workplace Culture Specialty Credential" and got a bit of "sticker shock" at the cost - $1,655.00 for members.
Does anyone have other suggestions on training/credentialing in this area?

Just got my life insurance trust set up and my life insurance policy is being finalized soon. I am extremely confused about the annual Crummey Power letter that I need to send around. Can someone please help me figure this out? In my trust:

Grantor = me
Trustees = My wife and sister in law
Holders = my children and any of their issue (my children are toddler and infant).

To whom do I send (a) Crummey Notice and (b) Acknowledgment of Notice of Withdrawal Rights? I understand it……..

. Salary discrepancy is a big issue.
As per their own market policy the package of a team lead or a consultant should be around 13 lpa excluding variable. But maximum employees are getting 2/3 of that.
Cant wait to quit and move on to some other company.

I need all ur helping hands to guide me with good companies. i am scared about "Job Security" for wfh employees though i am very workaholic and work for almost more than 15hrs per day. Does HCL gives permanent wfh?
