Anyone here who works at a plaintiffs’ boutique and likes it? Eg salary, balance, etc. Or any big law firms that do any plaintiffs work as well?

Plaintiffs boutiques tend to have very different compensation than other firms. Because a large part of your money from the firm is tied to money you make for the firm, its hard to say house much you will work in terms of hours and how much money you will make. I know attorneys working big law hours and others with great work/life balance.

All of that to say, really depends on the specific firm.

Any plaintiffs firms with reputations for good work life balance?

Quinn does plaintiffs’ work. I considered working at Burns Charest, which seemed open to fully remote work.
