I’m looking for developers with react and angular skills for an Indian product company. I’m not able to get good resources from job portals. How & where to find candidates with decent skill sets..??? I’m looking for just 2-3 years of work exp.

Dilemma: I am 1 of 4 workstream leads on a large digital transformation programme. My background is Enterprise Architecture, and I am leading a team that includes Enterprise, Solution, Integration and Data Archs.
