Hello! I’m looking to do a pivot from program management/ops at a non profit to project management (ideally tech). I have my CAPM cert but I don’t think my current role gives me actual PM experience. With people I’ve talked to they say tech companies want PMs with tech backgrounds. Entry level/associate roles seem far and few between in my research.
