Anyone pick up the new Switch 2 that was just released?

I suck at video games. Like when my nephew was five years old, he wanted to always play me, because I was the only one he could beat ;)

Always liked the Switch, and talked myself out of buying it so many times. Now, with the Switch 2, I feel even further behind.

Oh well. I am going to go play my Nintendo 64 ;)

Vlook up isn't recognizing a couple of cells even though it's feeding off a pivot and when I check with an " if =" it comes up as being the same.
Any advice on what I need to check?

I’m interviewing for a marketing manager role at a company based in SF. I’m genuinely excited about the role and the company but we’ve yet to discuss salary. I expect to be asked at some point, but my research has given me a VERY broad range. So I’m here to do a bit more research. getting asked for discounts constantly when they know its a hard " no " but keeps asking is crazy to me

Back when I was getting started in the food world, I worked flipping burgers at In-n-Out. A man came in and said the burgers he had gotten weren’t right. He dumped the food on the counter and then he started throwing them back behind the counter. We gave him a refund and then his demeanor completely changed. He was calmer and he told us to have a great day as he left us to clean up the mess he made.

I had customers tell me how amazing the salads I make for them. It’s great that I can make salads that good!

Once when I was waiting tables, I had a guy pay me cash. The change was 45 cents, which I didn't give back to him because like who wants that. He then asked where the change was, and when I explained that I didn't give back the loose change, he made a big stink about how dollars and cents matter and didn't leave me a tip. He was a republican staffer on capitol hill.
