Consulting branch was rebuilt based on a solid number of Quebec local based Boutique firms acquisitions. The culture is somehow siloed and you will see some legacies on behaviors (e.g. family first on talent and staffing decisions, traditional leadership, them vs us). On a positive side, some of their historical leaders have a strong market presence with the “Quebec Inc” business community, they also tend to be more competitive on salary (while hiring and cutting fast). Consulting is also close to their Deals opportunity opener, but that’s not specific to QC.

Industries are different, major clients are air canada, bombardier, some manufacturing and food processing companies, etc
Thanks for the info D1.
@D3, aren’t most of the insurers headquartered in Toronto? Would you be getting different types of projects in their Montreal offices?
Avoid bombardier
Why?
Been there for four years. DM if u hv specific questions
Why would you move from Toronto to Montreal? That seems backwards career wise in my opinion. The salaries are way less and so are the opportunities
I worked in Montreal before getting headhunted and asked to move to Toronto. I reached a cap in Promotion because the team is way smaller so less room up top. The only next step for me was to either stay with the same company (ACN) and move to Toronto or hop to another firm and I did the latter
