I am a Fraud Investigator making $61,000 per year at Optum. I feel like I am very underpaid and that my counterparts are making more than I do. What is the normal pay for a Fraud Investigator?

Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions. So, I've realised there's a problem with developers, a lot of them are coders, not engineers. And another issue, is that, companies don't really care about their progression as far as I'm aware, so what did you guys do in your own time to transition from being a coder to an engineer?

I'm working in the US under H1B, I got a chance to face an interview for another company. My current company started the PERM application also and results will be out within the next 3 months. Is it okay to transfer my H1B to a new company? Can my H1B transfer be denied? How long will my green card application delay if I move to a new company and start to apply for a green card from scratch?
