Hi Guys,
I have been assigned to a Unbillable Project, they are building one app and have recruited people from the talent pool. The project is not registered in GLOW. And they are calling it as Voluntary Contribution type project for studio. Is this what they call Internal Project in Globant?
Will there be any impact if I don't perform as per their expectations?
Will it be of any benefit to me if work in voluntary project? Will HR recognize this project contribution as valid work?

You can request a waiver, depending on the school. However, I don’t believe any online program would be accepted as it’s against the intent of GSAP. NTAP might be a better fit, but not sure if that would apply to an online program either.
Feel free to DM - I can help you navigate this decision
The intent for MBA gsap is a top 20 full time program where you get the benefit of higher caliber teachers, peers. Etc. idea being you’re a better credentialized strategic advisor when you return to the firm. The pay bump is reflective of the cost to recruit you back to the firm vs other roles you’d theoretically be qualified/competitive for. State school MBAs don’t provide the same credentialization and in the few cases where exceptions have been made, the salary has been lower on return. That’s created some hurt feelings historically. I say all this as a dinosaur who’s been here since s&o was up or out and you had to get an MBA or leave and neither the federales or tech was eligible.
