1) write down what is the worst that can happen in any scenario you are imagining, the probability of each, and what you would do in any of it. You will notice it is not as bleak as it seems
2) remember it is most, if not all, your mind playing games with you and accept you are not feeling right as of now. It is not your fault, your mind works like that, but if you accept you are feeling anxious and it is mostly in your head it becomes a bit easier to get over the hump
3) warm shower
4) if you can get a mini workout in
If you are a sports fan like me, remember you have survived 100% of your bad days and you are still there. Who would not want that success rate?

The best thing you can do it move your feet - get up. Eat, exercise, read, text people who care about you - don’t stew in it.
Shower and put yourself together- feels better
Change your day so that it will afford you the ability to just stay in bed when that happens. Take care of you.
I like the app MindShift! It has cue cards for different kinds of anxiety attacks that always help center me. It also lets you track your physical symptoms that happen with anxiety attacks so I know for example that my stomach always hurts when I’m anxious and that I likely do not have food poisoning :)
