Good evening Everyone, I have been a PSR for 10 years with the same company, but worked for 5 different practices. Was looking to move up in our company but from what I’m understanding, we have to have a degree in management. How would I go about trying to move up in and out of my position without a degree?

Any book recs on how to improve soft skills (ex. Communication, leadership, etc)? Doesn’t beat real life practice of course but would be a good starting point. Thanks!

FML. I’ve been dating someone for 8 months and have been having doubts about the longevity of the relationship. This week he tells me he is thinking about leaving our city and working remotely. Even though I was already thinking about ending it, this hurts. I know I’m being childish - being rejected by someone who I was planning to reject! Anyone know how taxes work when you sell for a gain? Do Coinbase and other sites prepare a 1099 or are we on our own to "self report" our gains to Uncle Sam?

If you invest ur HSA funds into stocks, do they get taxed upon selling? I know they grow tax free. But if I sell them and not make any withdrawals, wud I be taxed?

Personally ’d like to be more disciplined in my daily Bible reading plan. Oftentimes I read through but don’t really absorb it or stop and really dive in on what I’m reading.

Good morning marketplace ministers! How does your week look? How can you be prayed for?

Hi everyone, I’m in need of prayers. My mom was admitted into the hospital recently, but they just found some nodules in her lungs. Their default diagnosis is cancer, and she does have a past history of colon cancer. Please keep her and my family in your prayers. Nothing has been finite, but I can’t help but prepare for the worst & hope for the best. The only thing getting me through this is my faith in God. I do hope this message encourages you to hug your loved ones a little tighter tonight ❤️
