You’re low FODMAP too?? Do you have any good simple recipes?
When i get a bad belly i like to make a red quinoa salad with chopped cucumbers and red peppers, tossed in olive oil and lemon juice. I like to add a bunch of parsley too. (Sort of my take on tabouleh.) It’s filling and it personally doesn’t irritate my system.
When I have to avoid onions & garlic I use turmeric instead. It’s a good sub.
They don’t always upset my stomach but I get periods of time when i get preggie-belly bloated every night, and cutting out onions and garlic seems to help first and foremost.
