דגים שעובדים בייעוץ אסטרטגי בארץ, חשבתי שיהיה נחמד לדעת כמה החברות משלמות, מי שמרגיש בנוח שירשום באיזו חברה הוא עובד, מה הטייטל שלו, מה השכר החודשי ברוטו וכמה % הבונוס השנתי מהשכר (מקסימלי וכמה מקבלים בדרך כלל).

הי לכולם — looking to apply to BCG; so far I’ve heard that the culture is what sets the company apart from Bain / McK. Does anyone have any other insight as to how the firm differentiates itself? (Feedback process, unique projects). I am struggling with answering the question: Why BCG!

אני אתחיל: רישמית אין פיטורים אצל Accenture אבל בפועל בשבועיים האחרונים היה ליל סכינים ארוכות בחסות העובדה שהיה שקט לפני דיווח רבעון והעובדה שכולם עובדים מהבית כך שאי אפשר לשים לב שמישהו נעלם.
בקרוב יש שיחות ביצועים והנחת היסוד ש10% התחתונים הולכים הביתה.
