אני אתחיל: רישמית אין פיטורים אצל Accenture אבל בפועל בשבועיים האחרונים היה ליל סכינים ארוכות בחסות העובדה שהיה שקט לפני דיווח רבעון והעובדה שכולם עובדים מהבית כך שאי אפשר לשים לב שמישהו נעלם.
בקרוב יש שיחות ביצועים והנחת היסוד ש10% התחתונים הולכים הביתה.
אבל רישמית "אין פיטורים".

My utilization is 90% but all of my clients are small jobs. Does that look worse than someone who works on the larger, higher revenue generating jobs with all else equal (utilization/performance)?

I wish admin utilized Tier 1 supports with teachers. Smiles, appreciations and acknowledging ones efforts would do a great deal to boost morale and climate. I just don’t understand what that is so hard to do.

How are the salary hikes at nagarro? I heard the hikes has decreased! If yes what can I expect after a year? I am 4 year experienced

HR is scheduling the interviews without checking time with me. One interview was scheduled and then it was rescheduled to a different time at last minute. I wasn't available at that time so I mailed the HR for a different slot. They again scheduled it for a later date without checking the time with me.

I’m currently in a lease admin type role, in commercial real estate. I make a base salary of $50.5K with about $9k in bonuses. I’ve continuously received 7-10% raises over the last 3 years. I anticipate getting a promotion this year and would like to get closer to $60k for my base salary. I’m the only person in my role at the company and have been a key person in developing our team as we look to expand. Is this unreasonable? Is there a normal increase given with promotions? I have recovered from Corona Virus. Its 6 weeks now and I can tell you that the after effects are real. I have anxiety that I will never get over the fatigue, brain fog, inability to form sentences and words and headaches which make my work days very difficult to get thru.

Is there an uberpool version of chartered private jets? With this summer openings and travel restrictions lifted, domestic flying is going to be a massive hassle and aiports overcrowded. Wondering if theres a way to fly with smaller jets and smaller more private terminals by splitting costs among 8–12 people

I am curious how other inclusion teachers are being utilized when the school is doing remote learning. I find that I am sitting in the zoom class and have very little opportunity to contribute.
