As a 15 year old who had been looking and applying for a jobs two months before I turned 14 last year. I am not sure of what to do. Whenever I apply I never get a reply back,I get rejected, I don’t have enough experience or I’m not old enough. But my question is how am I supposed to get experience if no one will hire me?

Dubai people I live in Marquise Square tower and my neighbor is having a party literally every day till 4-5 in the morning- I spoke to him and he apologized and promised to keep it quiet but he didn’t. So I spoke to the security if they can tell them to calm down and the security said that he can’t do anything as it’s the weekend! Is that normal or should they give me a noise compliance and force him to stay quiet after some time.
