I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on . Also I am getting married in January . Hence If i stay in Bangalore there will be no one to take responsibility for my marriage prep also . Does anyone know what busy season is like at SAX LLP? The role is permanently remote except when needed to go to clients. That seems very broad to me, will I have to commute to clients often?

Should one add their personal technology that are currently used for remote work on their resume? Seems most companies will provide the hardware and software needed. However, it’s unclear if the employer will provide this through Teamviewer/VPN connection or will send an actual computer. Along with this, would it be pertinent to add your internet capability (speed, fios/cable/satellite/dsl)?

I have got an offer for Malaysia from HTC Global for 42 LPA in Indian currency. I have got an offer from alstom, Bangalore in hand as well for 27 LPA. I think if I get an offer in India for around 32-35 LPA, i should prefer staying in India but I need 1-2 months of time to be in that position. HTC is pushing for sending passport as they need to get it stamped. Any suggestions from anyone on how to handle this scenario?
