As a lateral hire, I find it strange how some of the managers and APs from consulting act with other teams. They are too excited to promote themselves for promotion to the next level and will constantly meddle with HR & Marketing teams’ work for their ‘special projects’. It’s true specially for India teams. These folks do not have experience or expertise in HR or marketing but will also not respect yours in the field and be annoyingly pushy. We are open to your input but act professional.

Hello, in my previous organisation I worked in development domain (Oracle IAM Tool and Java)and my post was software Engineer, i joined Wipro as project Engineer in April 2022 and was assigned non technical project as an analyst.
