In my experience, it's a matter of setting boundaries and expectations... (but not just now - always, through your career progression). Have an understanding with team members about availability, do whatever you can during OTHER hours (business hours, after bed time)t keep family time sacrosanct.
I'm now in my 8th year of partnership, so still on the younger side... two young children 9 and 11 yo ... I make it a practice to almost always be there for family dinner and bedtime, and have always try to plan around those expectations. It's impossible to completely avoid conflicts, but by-and-large, those family periods are never bothered.
