I started a new account job at an agency. I’ve been here for about 2 months & I hate it. To put it simply, its an absolute mess. Does it look bad to other agencies if I jump ship after only 2 months?

I’m working in a large fund; market neutral public market strategy funds; am about to be recommended for a promotion to associate. However, an analyst position just opened up internally in Credit, which is where I aspire to be for the next ten years. More growth and more intellectual challenge.
