I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.

Anyone knows the chances of location being changed after receiving the offer and getting tagged to a project?

I took a JR Pm role due to lack of agency experience but I find that the other PMs aren’t doing anything that I’m not & due to lack of leadership, resourcing & foresight I have had to step up and own rooms with no mentorship/guidance. I feel like I was duped and brought in on a jr role w/regular PM asks &no aupport. I was approached by another agency for an associate Pm position. 1) Had a really bad experience working at this company, not because of the company but because of the senior engineer and their behavior. It was a good position, although it wasnt exactly what the JD entailed. A lot was gatekept by the senior as leverage forabuse of power. We wouldn’t be a part of projects and participate unless we participated in the horrible remarks about other coworker made by the senior. I was also harassed and extremely discriminated against, HR was not able to do anything-

I joined a bank as a business analyst 2 months back. I’m feeling that it’s more of a stagnant task for me though learning is there still i was much more happy with development. Now idk what to do because it’s 2 months, most companies i cannot apply before 6 months or a year maybe!
