As a recently graduated architect, finding a job has been beyond challenging. Besides the low demand, one of the 'challenges' I have found is that software engineers are using the title of "architect" as well, so every time I search for a job I get thousands of programming vacants.

"Architect" is only one of our words they're using...

Today I received my provisional full and final settlement and the payable amount is negative -11454. They are recovering the full AMPB amount which I got from September months.
I have heard from this platform only that hcl stopped the recovery police but still I got the negative fnf.

I’m curious to know if anyone has experience working part-time in architecture? I have been working for large international firms in NYC for the past 10 years. So I work all day every day. My evenings and often the weekends are all absorbed by work duties. Working part-time would allow me to find a better balance, and carve out space for side gigs and eventually start my own firm.
