I feel that if you fit into a mold, the likelihood of a good job helps you get ahead. I see lots of qualified women in higher roles that fit that mold and makes you feel insecure. I get it. The honesty is the more confident you it doesn’t matter if you fit that mold, you can still get there or where you want to be.
