As a Tier-2 engineering graduate passionate about Embedded Systems, I've spent the last few years working on automotive, UAV, and firmware projects while building skills in Embedded C, STM32, MATLAB/Simulink, and real-time systems.

Recently, I cleared multiple interview rounds for a role but later learned the position went to a referral candidate. I respect the decision, but it reinforced how important networks are alongside technical skills.

I am a Master’s Student who landed up with a Product Management internship. I am enjoying it and have done tasks that I thought were not my cup of tea. I have an offer in hand by value labs and Accenture and I’m more leaning towards valuelabs. However, I’ve seen a lot of comment online which were made in 2022 and before as well that the job security is an issue in value labs and they will fire a chunk without any prior notice.
Is it true?

How long does it take to release offer letter from HSBC. I already have given HR round and submitted documents for background verification.

When I was a device driver developer with 2 years relevant experience I had got calls from Nvidia and Qualcomm. Unfortunately I wasn't able to crack the interviews back then.

For next 5 years I worked mostly on application development and broadening my exposure. I am not getting even a single call from such companies now.

Is it a good idea to rebrand myself as a device driver developer so that I can get calls again?

Current pay $72K, 11% increase 6 months ago. Should I ask for a huge raise again because based on research I should be between $84K to $92K? I'm a Senior. TIA

Offer in hand: HCL 18.5 lpa || NTT data 20 LPA (shifts) || LTI 19 LPA and 1 lakh JB
I want to show counter offer of 20 lpa to LTI and ask for 20% hike that is 24 lpa. Will LTI give that kind of hike ? Please share your advice on this. and also which company to join.

I am not enjoying the work here. I have good experience in Linux application development in C.
Also as a hobby project completed small projects on opencv/image processing on python.
I have a good hold in system design using python and C.
