Hi Fishes, I am new to this variable included pay structure. From my first company to current I am getting fixed pay only. So, I know how to calculate my in-hand salary with that. I can see here 10% is variable pay. I have some questions,
1. How much will be in-hand salary?
2. Is there any hidden component which may deduct from my salary?
3. How variable pay will be paid? monthly or quarterly or annually?
4. How much variable pay we will get by Average?

Java Microservices Architect with 40 LPA Fixed (12 YOE) at Nagarro. Joined 8 months back. Got an offer from Publicis Sapient of 55LPA (50 Fixed, 5 Variable). I have asked for 60, but that’s out of their budget. I’m thinking of accepting the offer only if 55 is fixed without any variable. What do tou think guys? Is it worth a switch? I'm a data analyst(SQL, Python, ETL, Viz) with 6.5yrs exp at LTI(1 Month exp).
I left PWC AC after 6 months of joining because of the nature of dabba work I was getting(80% testing/documentation, 20% technical). Worked for 12+ hrs everyday and wanted to have some wlb.

Now in LTI, life is too peaceful and there's no technical work in current project. I'm getting thoughts like I'm wasting my skills by taking less tech projects at this stage of career.
