Which has more listings: Zillow or StreetEasy?
I recently joined nagarro.... was on bench for almost a month as I was not getting project as per my skill set. Recently got one project as per my skillset and cleared client interview also.
But during the time, I was also looking outside for good opportunity, I have one with same package from a product based organization.
What should I do now ? If I resign , would Nagarro release me early or I will have to serve complete notice period?

A lot of networking doesn't really happen at networking events. The best networking just happens organically, it just means you stay in touch with people you've worked with, or went to school with. If you're reasonably personable and you've pursued a career, you have a network. It's just a matter of cultivating it and, when you need it, putting it to use.
Yeah I’ve definitely landed roles without schmoozing at every event. Is networking helpful? Sure. But it’s not the only way in. A strong online presence, tailored apps, and thoughtful cold outreach go a long way. Honestly, “networking” gets overhyped, it’s often code for who you already know, not who you meet at mixers.
Focus on building a strong online presence (ie. Linkedin), where you can connect with recruiters and hiring managers without having to attend in-person events. You can also reach out directly to people in your industry with or apply to jobs through job boards and referrals. It’s about leveraging your strengths and finding ways to make connections that don’t drain you.
I’m definitely more of a behind-the-scenes person, and I used to feel like that put me at a disadvantage. But I’ve learned that introverts can stand out by being thoughtful and deliberate. I put time into creating a personal website that showcases my work, and I’ve reached out directly to hiring managers with a short message about why I’m interested in their company. I don’t do it often, but when I do, it’s specific and real. I’ve gotten interviews without ever going to a single event.
