🙌🙌yes I always reward myself for achieving a goal. You doing great🙌🙌.
You look great! The scale is just a number so just be sure 130 is a healthy weight for you!
Haha yeah I like to use it as a general reference. Like if I was below or above BMI, then I think it definitely means I need to do something about my weight. The exception to the rule are body builders etc with high muscle mass, but it doesn't apply to the average Joe Schmoe (me) since I'm all flab 😅
Thanks for your concern though!! Definitely going by how I feel 90% of the time. Weight is just the easiest measurement for me to quickly track!
Looking great!! Love the bag! 🥳
Congratulations and that reward is well earned!! Hoping to treat myself to an amazing vacation when I hit my next milestone. It’s happening very slowly for me, but you’re post is giving me hope!
You got this!! I love me a nice vacation too!
Do what makes you happy! You can reward yourself with a special night out, a purse, food, whatever…
I celebrated my birthday this past weekend. I knew I would lose some of my gains but I wanted to also say that it’s fine for me not to do it and just enjoy myself. It was a reward and birthday celebration. I’m already recovered and back down since the weekend. Point is just do what makes you happy regardless. Just get back into it and keep going. That’s the important piece.
Love that! Any tips on weight loss that have worked for you?
Honestly I've tried every diet you can think of and one thing that it boils down to is: consistency aka making it a lifestyle change rather than a quick fix.
I try to go to the gym 4-5 days a week and eat healthy 80-90% of the time . When I want to have something high in calories, I'll let myself have it as long as I've been good *most* of the week. I hateee the idea of depriving myself of good foods. I love food way too much! Also, find alternative healthy recipes for dishes you love! Don't be so hard on yourself :)
I do! Normally it’s more sports gear… recent gifts to self have included new Rapha cycling kit and a Garmin 830 cycling computer. Although funnily enough using my new presents encourages me to work out more… which gets me closer to the next present! 🤪
Great work and Great purchase — looking good
You look great! Good job!
I love this! Might actually steal this when I hit my goal instead of rewarding myself with food lol
Cheers 🥂 .
