As I got zero hike, i checked with many people on the floor (Chennai). Looks like people who joined in 2023 & 2024 are given zero hike with a view that they have already been given a big hike during hiring. I'm in Finance. So, i could check with the finance guys only. This is my observation or understanding, can't confirm. So, new joiners keep this in mind before taking the decision.

For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified? Sad part is,my husband shifted to ahmedabad and we decided that I will find something in a'bad/gandhinagar.But I found that there are no companies working on abinitio here.once this pandemic ends,wfh also ends,I have to shift to pune & ultimately resign.
