As I have gotten older (also had a baby) I feel naked when I wear shorter skirts and dresses. Anyone else experienced this? I am mid-30s and have been wearing mini skirts and dresses my whole life and pretty suddenly I feel way too exposed when I put them on and take them right back off. I’m not sure if it is a confidence issue or part of getting older. My body hasn’t really changed.
