I had 60 day late payment of 35 bucks in Jan. It was new Amex Hilton card I opened for stupid points. It was reported and my credit score had been consistently dropping from last 6 months. It was 780 and now is 735. I realized this 3 months and been paying my credit card bills immediately. Infact I have overpaid each card to have negative balance so my credit utilization is almost zero. What else I can do to repair the damage. I am applying for homeloan and this is big issue to get best rate

Insurance question. I expect to spend my out of pocket max next year. Doing the math, I'll spend $500 more with a high deductible plan than PPO. I'm used to HDHP and like the HSA. But is an HSA worth it to stay high deductible plan? Or is this stupid.

Hi everyone!

After years of hard work, I just got my first position in a leadership role! Yay! I’ll be leading a team of 12.
I wanted to know if you had any tips for me, things you wish you knew before, or things previous leaders did for/to you that you found admirable or stayed with you. I want to make sure I’m there for them and want to be a leader they will remember positively.

Thank you so much!!

Does anyone have any recommendations on reasonably priced employment and IP counsel for routine issues in the NYC area? I just started at a company that seems to have used a big law firm for those issues. The firm is good but we’re spending far too much money on day-to-day stuff. Those are not my areas so I don’t have many contacts in them. Any thoughts appreciated.
