Asking for change of snapshot rating

I had my feedback call with a US manager and informed them that I'm building a case for SA->M for mid year, so requested a snapshot from them.
They reverted after two weeks, and I see that progression comments say "continue at current level". Other descriptive sections of snapshots are well filled with appreciative details.

My other snapshots are from D and SMs which are in favor of progression.

Should I have a chat with M to revisit the snapshot ratings?

As glad as I am that Minnesota is moving so quickly to charge Potter, I can't help but wonder if she were a man if they would be doing so with the same enthusiasm.

what is the pay range for role - manager 1 assurance at pwc sdc kolkata?i have 6.5 yoe and joined at 21lpa + 10% vp, four months back. managers from other big 4 start around 28lpa. does sdc kolkata pay m1 this much only or have they underpaid me? i am considering dropping paper and looking out again.
