Worked in HDFC bank for 2 years (till 2020).
Due to personal reason left job at end of 2020.
Trained in SAP FICO, now trying for certification.
How could she get into IT company(fresher).Capgemini IBM Tata Consultancy

In the same situation I think it would have been the same if it were a man. I think a different question is if it wasn’t in Minneapolis (or near) would they have moved as quickly. I think part of it is give. George Floyd and the trial and less about man or women. But agree should be the case most times to move this quickly.
Definitely a good question to ponder. I agree that if it were a man there may have been more time before charges... however the chief released the footage immediately which is really unheard of. And went to say it was an accident. Basically admitting fault. I agree it was totally the fault of the officer and she should be charged, I’m just surprised the video was released and the chief blew up any possible defense she may have had.
