Hi everyone, thinking of places to hop to from Citi. Under consideration for a position w JP Morgan. The position is Vice President, Sr. Program Manager. Position is in Tampa. Anybody have an idea on what the salary range is like for this position? Thanks in advance.

I came into this industry being fed clients making about $120k but it’s not the level of income I thought to receive related to the amount of profit the company generates. Going on my own seems like the only way for multiple 6-figures.

I went through two rounds of interviews for

hour (FP&A Analyst)…the company
recruiter had told me in the initial call the
pay could be 32-36 because of the other
benefits. If I do get a job offer what range
should I try for? I was really hoping to get
around the 36-40 but now I feel like they
may try to offer lower than what was
posted. Also there was no range but the
average for this position is upper 70s-90k.

I have received an offer as Associate Data Engineer L2 at Publicis Sapient Gurgaon. I have 1 yr and 8 months of experience. The CTC provided is 16. On other Hand got the same CTC from Neudesic an IBM Company and its WFH ( Remote Completely ). The Third Offer is from PubMatic where CTC is 22.70 ( Including stocks, and variables ) for the Gurgaon location. Please help me out with what basis I should choose among these.
