Q1. How long does the VP round feedback take normally?
Q2. What are the next rounds/discussion to expect if I clear this round?
Q3. What is the level and salary that I should expect for a BI developer role at 6 years experience?

Need some guidance, I am looking for a job in Product Management(currently working as a Middleware Integration developer) at IBM with 5 years of work ex.

Due to the length of my notice period (90 days) I decided to resign first and then look for jobs. Did I do the right thing? Also it has been 10 days since i resigned and have got no calls.

I wish i was more creative with side hustles but all I’m currently doing is dog sitting through rover!

I started picking up free sofas from Facebook and Nextdoor app and cleaning them and reselling them. On average i make about $250 per sale. Sometimes the sofas are so nice i don’t even need to clean them i just pick them up, stage them for pics, and profit!
In 3 weeks i made $1400 with around ~7 sofas. What started as a sort of joke turned into something really profitable!

Remember that phrase “those who can’t do, teach”? Yeah fuck it; I hate accounting. I think it would be hilariously fun to go back and teach intro accounting to college students. Anybody have experience as an adjunct? Any wisdom you’d like to share?
