So many healthcare people i know working for olive now - especially my former epic and epic consulting colleagues. Why is this? It sounds like a cool company and all but still odd how many people it’s pulled from the epic world - does it pay exceptionally well?

I've been working here for about two years now, and I have to say, I love my job. The company culture is great and the people are wonderful to work with. But recently, I've noticed that my manager has been asking me to do more and more work on my own without giving me any additional compensation for my time. He just keeps telling me that if I want to get ahead, then this is what I need to do.
