Avoid attending interviews with Koch Business Solutions India very poorly managed pathetic HR interview process, after all the rounds they ghosted (2 tech rounds , 1 in person manager round) The other hand, hr consulting team keep updating with false promises saying offer will be released next week etc… do not fall for this trap and better search else where.

3 Things to keep in mind which changing jobs:
1. Always ask dedicated budget for the job before you tell your expectations.

2. Always have atleast 2 weeks of gap before you join any company. You might not understand significance of that but just have a gap.
