Being trained as an Analyst can be a double-edged sword. When I'm out in the wild, I notice a lot of things - people, signs, and general surroundings.

For some reason, when I'm in a meeting (year-end reviews or discussion of merit increase), my spidey senses are dulled and I can miss red flags. Has this happened to you and if so, how do/did you reset your senses?

Hi fishes, I got 5+ years of work ex of which 2 years was in domain non IT job. While joining Accenture I was offered level 11 (As SAP functional CONSULTANT) while I believe I should be at level 10. I have a CD that gets extremely flustered when you ask them for their opinion on a solution. For example after showing them multiple color pallets and CD not quite liking any of them (real Goldie locks moment) i suggested why not we do (fill in three colors here), the CD freezes up and gets annoyed because they don’t want to say yes or no without seeing it in front of them. Working on tight turn arounds and a cd who is too busy for meetings it proving tough with remote working. Any tips?
