Best neighborhoods to move to in Austin for someone single and without children?

I took a job for a company that is remote, but has an office in Westwood so I'm thinking about moving to LA. Where should I consider living? I'm 28, fairly extroverted and active. I'm looking for places that are balanced in activities, bars, concerts and has some nature. Also would love to live in a newer or updated building if possible

Currently a MS in Finance candidate. Got into the MBA program with a finance concentration at the same school - Johns Hopkins. Don’t care about target , non -target (already happy with my role, industry, firm). What’s more valuable in terms of longer term prospects between the two degrees? Any thoughts or guidance?

Any particular segment of sales good for ex-finance? Currently 3 years in at fortune 100 bank on business development side (on commercial loan originations team but no commission/targets at the associate level, basically do credit analysis and build pitch books for the producers) This role has been great as I have gotten both analytical experience and tasted sales experience (I say taste bc I’m not the producer) but would potentially like to transition to a sales role that is less analytical

Does anyone or know of any finance professionals that have exited to go work in the music industry or entertainment? I studied Econ/Finance and Music (songwriting) in college so I’ve always been interested to see if there’s a possible transition over to the music industry later on. Any SAP analytics cloud developer here? Quick query, client wants a column root causes ..now this column is not available in S/4..now the S/4 team is not cooperative enough.

My leads suggested SAC has comments option. However comments are not going to help users either. Because it will not show graphically which root causes contribute the most.

So my question is now, does SAC have an in built excel option which would allow users to enter root causes across materials and then SAC refresh this
