Hi fishes, my previous employer has not given me the money for Earned Leaves, they are saying it's not in their policy.. I have a variable bonus of 100000. Out of this they have given only 19,000 in the month of December after 6 months of joining...But they are not giving me any bonus after completing 1 year and 2 months.. They have stopped my appraisal as well...

So in total, I lost my appraisal money, bonus and Earned Leaves money... I feel betrayed and cheated...

It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. I just had the initial call with HR. I was told that Senior Analysts start at 56k and Business Operations Specialists start at 67k. I was told the next step was Junior Manager but they rarely started anyone at that level. I'm shocked. Is that accurate or are they trying to lower my expectations? I have an MBA and an MHA and 20 years military experience.

Recently, a SaaS client (1k employees) that hired my old consulting firm reached out to me about a job opening - Lead BA working primarily to implement their benefit admin system for insurance companies.
