Networking-wise, I like what I call the “pinball approach” when you network with someone ask them if they know anyone that you should talk to. Rinse and repeat. I met most of the people I know in my practice doing that as a new joiner.
This is good advice
Try to meet as many people as you can. Set up 10-15 meetings to get to know coworkers!

Define expectations with your manager for first 30,60,90 days (ask where do you expect me to be for...)
Ask a lot of questions ...
Yeah ask lots of questions and understand the “why” behind processes in addition to “how”
I would also work your ass of in the first 90 days as people would have a good impression of you. You can cruise through for next 2 years just on that impression
