What are the realistic exit options for a consultant less than 1 YOE ? (Is FAANG too ambitious?)

I am tech guy with almost 3yr exp, but I want to switch to a Management role. Going for an MBA is not possible for me. I was wondering about the possibility to switch to a management role within the next 2 years without an MBA. Company/Brand is not a bar for me.
Can somebody please suggest how to do this?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? I believe in the philosophy of learning from other's experiences, success stories, mistakes and regrets while keeping in mind that similar set of life events may unfold into totally different ways/outcomes for others as there are always too many variables in the equation called LIFE. People may arrive at different destinations at different times while being on the almost similar path.
