Need an advice on car buying!

I'm in the process of buying a new car after owning mine for 10 years. Is there any tax benefit with trade-in vs. selling and then buying?

Why do some MFs have super high minimums? Ex MSSGX - $5M min. Why wouldn’t I invest in PE with that kind of min?

Should I continue using a robo advisor such as betterment? I initially put my money there bc it was easy and I have about 40k - before I drop another 50k into the market, I just want to know if I'm better off picking an ETF and doing it myself?

2 considerations:

1) Betterment is very to use/see and I dont have to worry about any decisions
