Business owners, what's your biggest struggle when dealing with freelance creative agencies or designers remotely ?

I dont think I am being paid fairly on par with my male colleagues. Any suggestions on how I should raise this to the leadership? Does it cause any negative feelings if you complain about such things?

I work remote for 60k with 5 years of experience as a staff accountant, I sometimes get upset that I don’t get paid enough/not challenged enough. I had a great interview with a nonprofit that’s hybrid but almost 20k more than I what I make now. I will lose some of the flexibility I have but get paid more. Is it worth it?

Currently been bootstrapping a business I started 3 months ago. It’s slowly gaining a little bit of traction. I technically don’t need VC or Angel Investments.
