I have collected a return memo from the bank and want to send a legal notice to him about this. I have his aadhar card for address, phone number, mail id.

Any advice on how to get clients to pay your invoice on time / what to do when they don't? I'm currently working with an agency who agreed to net 30 terms, but has been late with every invoice so far...It's probably a lost cause on this particular job, but Im wondering if there's anything I can do in the future to avoid this situation.
