I have worked in a male-dominated industry and I think HR can make a real difference. Things like bias-free job ads, clear promotion criteria, and real mentorship programmes matter more than slogans.

Having a supportive HR is vital in my opinion, as management should be monitoring interactions between staff.
I work in the construction industry and it's definitely an issue that's come up. Woman need to speak up and stand out. Eventually hopefully they'll catch up.
