Guys, i was working in a KPO on Australian accounting and taxation for the past 2 years. Now I've joined BNY Mellon, during interview the interview person told that process is NAV calculation and Balance Sheet reconciliation. It's already three week training hasn't started. The internal audit department who designed & tests the controls reports to the controller (not the board). I’m currently a healthcare recruiter, new to the industry (9months) I was in sales, and customer service management before this. When I started, it was a lot of them questioning why I was always worried about what they were going to say etc and then reassuring me that I didn’t need to worry about it.
