I am Deloitte employee, actively looking for change. Solution Architect/Project Manager with over 15 yrs of experience. Digital Transformation expert and delivered 150+ automation solutions including AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, Agentic AI, Generative AI, UiPath AI Agents, Maestro, Intelligent Automation and RPA tools like UiPath and Blue Prism. Proficient in Cloud technologies like Azure and AWS, Microservices.

Any tips for building a client base from scratch? I’m a 4th year associate at a firm of 12 attorneys. I practice in business, compliance, and real estate (primarily on partners’ files) and don’t litigate. Most of the partners’ clients are wealthy friends or friends of friends (not my circle). Associates are not referred business, even cold calls, and so far “networking” events like Chamber of Commerce luncheons have been a bust. I equate a book to autonomy and career choice and pressure is on.

Any book recommendations for soft skills at an agency/studio? For stuff like giving feedback, meetings, presentations, client interaction, etc.

Hey Guys, Currently I am having 16.12 lac pa in current organization and 5% Bonus So total comes around 16.93lac pa. Nagarro is asking me to rejoin at 20 lac pa (5% Project bonus included).
