Is here anyone from GE client project at Citiustech? Which client laptop do they provide?

Got asked today best way to gather our own (agency's) 1st party data. My first thought is develop our own pixel to capture user data (ip, email, device ID) and store that in a database, then use it later for targeting through a LiveRamp or similar. No idea if this is right or there's a better way or where I'd start my research. Anyone want to point me in some sort of direction?

So the partner tells you to watch your email all night because the deal team is known to send emails in the middle of the night and expect responses right away. Do you bill for the time that you should be sleeping? I slept in 45 min- 1 hour increments so I could check email and am incredibly exhausted, but ended up getting no work to do while checking. I’m inclined to bill at least a couple hours for it (but prob not all night) since I greatly inconvenienced myself to be available. Thoughts?

Is it sad to exit as IC/ non SM/director type roles as M in D? I'm a doer, I truly don't enjoy project managing or people managing. I do however want to grow in my career. Am I making a mistake exiting into industry as an IC?

I have had many people that have transferred into FDD the past 8 months from audit and they end up hating it and keeping the turnover going. Wish the firms actually portrayed what these new consultants are getting into. Hours are more unpredictable, right now you will be working 55 to 60 hours a week probably twice a month. Wish there was more realistic recruiting at this point

You ever feel like you're just failing to excel in consulting? Today and yesterday have been really hard to tap into any discipline to push past whatever brain fog/lack of motivation is preventing me from making progress on this project. I don't know if I'm just tapped out or not cut out for this type of intensity, but I'm 1.5 yrs into consulting after working in industry and this seems to happen too often. To all UX/UI/Product designers, what got you your first job as a designer? I just finished an 8-month program on UX Design and have 2 projects under my belt (one personal, one client) + a side hackathon project and design competition piece. In PwC AC, If you join you're expected to work on multiple projects at the same time. You get billability hrs every week for a particular project and beyond that it's really hard to get the hrs billable and you charge on bench/learning. Which will hamper your utilisation. Everyday if you're free, you need to ask manager that I've 2hrs free and how can I help you. This much calculation of hrs feels like labourers and pathetic. How you guys are dealing with it? I’m currently on a long term Staff Aug project that I don’t think is adding any value to my development. I know IT Risk Assurance gets a bad rep, but I think it’ll help me better develop as opposed to the Staff Aug project I’m on.
