Hey everyone, I’m looking for some advice with regards to my next career step. Currently in audit and I have opportunities to go for a Valuations role or an FDD role (both big 4). What are the pros and cons of each? (hours and learning opps, not concerned about salary) Not looking to work long term in both and would likely want to transition into an FP&A role in the future. I gave my interview at kpmg today and selected in last round (3rd)i.e. Director round but jr called me and tole there will be one more manager round and told me it'll be general discussion round but it turns out to be opposite he grilled me on some questions which are out of topic and not related to my position applied.. Will my selection/rejection matters on basis of 4th round as i already cleared 3rd round director round?

Should a DevOps Cloud Engineer with 2 years experience earning around 10 LPA (base salary) in a Fortune 200, switch to a startup which pays almost 20 LPA base salary?
The reason to ask this question is, wouldn't it be difficult at the time of second switch, to move to another big organisation after one is already at 20-24 LPA with just 3-4 years of experience at a startup?

I got 2 offer, one is for sen software eng for 23 lpa and another is for sen devops eng 21 lpa.
Since I have interest in devops, I thought of moving into devops and also ppl says that devops have good future.
I agreed but I have a doubt here, whatever the scope u have in devops, in future if I want to change job, the organisation is going to fix the salary based my current package at that time right? Then what is mean scope is good in future??
