PPMD’s selling PMO projects in these trying times
I have recently joined EY SaT group as senior consultant recently in Netherlands. I’m tripple masters in MS economics, MBA and MS business analytics. Have 4 YOE in different industries but no M&A experience specifically. Any ideas what company should be offering me? I’ll be working as expert on commercial due diligence, FDD and valuation teams and doing automation alongside. is it wise to demand higher salary or promotion soon after I have proven that I can work and do it better than most?EY
I am on bench from 1 nov 2022. I am PA.

Hi everyone! The Environmental Education Collaborative in Southern California is hosting an online symposium Feb 25-28 (after school and weekend hours) and we would love to have you. Our topics this year include Justice, Literacy and Wellness. Let me know if you have any questions, I'll be leading a "Bob Ross" style painting session on the Wellness day that teaches the steps of the water cycle while incorporating SEL strategies. https://www.eventbrite.com/e/2021-environmental-education-symposium

I let the students run the camera because I would forget to turn it on. I’m so grateful we are 100% in person now. It was rough doing both at the same time!
This is the set up for my main board. I can see the chat from the zoom students in front of me. At the beginning of class, I send an email with the days handouts. For labs, students can observe, if they have the supplies, do it themselves, or I make a video later. My in class students barely notice the camera that is attached to the student desk for different parts of the board.
Yes - the laptop is the hub for zoom, but the cameras are how they see me. Except for the lab observation, where I used the laptop cam. The lab was a disaster, but the set up worked. Are you providing your own cameras? That is the reason I have 2. Doing to be 3.
My other camera. When needed, I have a USB extension cord.
If you go to the camera icon in zoom, it will allow you to switch between cameras.
I tell my zoom students they need to open their mike and speak up if they have a question. I’m afraid spending will decide this at home version is a good idea and try to keep offering it, that will be a heated conversation.
Those at home need to be on an independent study-style contract with those teachers who specialize in IS!!!
That contract must hold parents/guardians as the responsible party.
No more “Zoom” combination classes; the real losers are those students physically in the lab!!!
Same here. Following.
I'm going through this same question right now in my head. I was thinking I would use my laptop to run Zoom, then login to my own class as a student using the desktop computer and project that to my in class students. I don't think my Apple TV can project a single tab while I'm on multiple only projects desktop. It will be an experiment for sure.
Two monitors is a must so you can see your virtual students in zoom or whatever you will use and share your screen. Also your document reader can be used as a camera. Same assignments for all, otherwise you will have multiple lesson plans. A blue tooth headset is nice to, is you are mobile and can still respond to your virtual students. Last, manycam software allows you to layer you cams.
I opened my Zoom room then I logged into my own Zoom room from another computer. This computer was connected to a projector in my classroom so that the kids in class could see anything we were sharing. A bonus I didn't expect was when I got kicked out of Zoom from my laptop this other computer was still in the Zoom room. I ran the Zoom and class using my laptop, and I used a large monitor to view the kids online. I also used a conferencing microphone so that the kids in class could hear the kids at home and reverse. I settled on this after several iterations. LOL!
Yes! and if you have a good microphone/speaker then the class kids can hear the Zoom kids and vice versa
