That would be difficult. You need 3 professional referrals by U.S. licensed PE's that have done oversight on your projects. This may not be required in most countries, but this is restricted in the US, UK, and most of the EU, to minimize risk. The first step would be obtain a BSME from an ABET-accredited US or international University, to apply to take the FE exam in the state you want to work in, travel to an accredited and certified testing center, and take it. It is an 8 hour exam. There are few certified testing centers at this level. NCEES provides a list of countries and locations.
Thanks. After doing some more checks I figure that I might just have to work for a while after migrating before going for the license. I will atleast try to get the FE Exam out the way though as I already did the BSME with an ABET accredited institution.
