I’m the exact opposite. When I was in the office I could shut my brain off work when I left. I don’t have that now and feel the need to be constantly available. Been working consistent 70s since February
Similar here. I feel as if the firm pushes people to work more now than before since that we don’t travel and commute. Worst busy season I’ve had. I’m have 70 weeks through March and a partner asked me to add another engagement of 25 hours per week.

I’m more stressed but less able to focus or stick to plan. I’m working to deadlines right now which is not the way I usually operate :( adding to my stress but I can’t seem to force myself to focus...
This is me! It's a horrible feeling.
Same and I’m loving it! The past year wfh has been way less stressful than prior years. I can end work at 6 and exercise nowadays (3-4 weekdays/ week). Whereas before, I’d panic run to the gym (once a month) cause I promised my friend I’d go with her for a whole month already. And then run back to the office to see if I got any replies yet. I think it’s because if I ever get a work msg while exercising, I’m only 1 minute away from my laptop now; whereas I used to get anxiety over “what if they reply while I’m on my 1+hour commute home and I can’t answer cause no signal?” And no one actually messages after 6 anymore...
This busy season is just weird for me in general. I’m at a new firm and still adjusting to their process. The good part of this busy season is I am taking a couple hours in the evening to workout, run errands, and eat dinner. The bad is that I find it harder to leave work at work, since my laptop is on the other side of the room.
